i believe that. we have the possibility to bring heaven here on earth by our actions. we also can bring hell here on earth through our actions and inactions. when Christ talks about the Kingdom of Heaven, its not the place we go where we die, its the living organism that is this world that we have the opportunity to bring heaven OR hell to.

you're right... but both of these kingdoms are ultimately God's kingdoms... even though heaven is perfect, sinless—holy, and heaven is entropic and helplessly sinful... they are both under His control. we can bring more of His presence to this sinful kingdom, ya know, letting His kingdom come, by being active... the best, and only true way, to bring His kingdom to earth and to practice true religion is "helping orphans and widows in their distress" (James 1:27) and to keep ourselves distinct from the world.
basically, earth is the only hell we'll ever know, but it's enough to make us crave the Kingdom of Heaven so very much, and we have a great commission of showing others the joys of Heaven—yes, sinlessness, but the presence of God which is the best part...

I don't think you were talking about the obvious differences, like perfect bodies and lands and life, but the biggest difference isn't that there isn't sin in Heaven. But actually it is because "Heaven" is only where Jesus is. So the biggest difference I would say, would be Jesus isn't dwelling here (i'm not talking about His omnipresence, but where He actually resides).
